Sample Acceptance Procedures

 

Considering the sample acceptance conditions, the Analysis Request Form is  filled and delivered to our center together with the samples.

 

Note : For the analysis made within the project, a Proforma Invoice is received from our Center and delivered to the BAP. After the project approval, an invoice is requested from our center. 

By paying the analysis fee, the bank receipt is delivered to the Central Research Laboratory. (Halk Bank IBAN: TR 89 0001 2009 1810 0016 0001 75). It should be stated on the Bank Receipt that there is ADYUMLAB Analysis Service Fee.
Analyzes are performed.
Analysis results are reported and sent to you.

 

1) APPLICATION

The person / organization who wants to receive analysis service should fill in the "Analysis Request Form" in Word or PDF format of the relevant device (s) and apply to the Directorate of Adıyaman University Central Research Laboratory Application and Research Center (ADYUMLAB). In the analysis request form, all information (name, surname, signature, address, telephone, e-mail address and fax, if any) of the requesting person / organization must be provided. The form filled for analysis request is the contract between ADYUMLAB and the customer. Forms must be filled in completely in order to make analysis. When the person / organization requesting analysis completes and signs the Analysis Request Form, it has read and accepted the Sample Acceptance Conditions (in the update phase) published on the website (http://adyumlab.adiyaman.edu.tr/TR).

University researchers, public institutions / organizations, industrialists and third parties can make analysis in ADYUMLAB in return for the fees determined by the ADYUMLAB Executive Board.

University researchers should add the proforma invoice received from ADYUMLAB to their projects in order to use the center facilities within the scope of their projects (After the project is approved, they must apply to ADYUMLAB and submit the invoice for the service to the Scientific Research Project Unit before the project date expires.

2) PAYMENT of SERVICE FEE

In order to start the analysis, the service fee must be deposited in Adıyaman University Revolving Fund Management Directorate Halk Bankası Adıyaman Branch account (IBAN NO: TR72 0001 2009 1810 0005 0000 99) and the receipt must be sent to ADYUMLAB (e-mail, by hand, etc.).

Current prices are given under the relevant heading on ADYUMLAB's website.

VAT is not included in the fees.

In special cases, service fees and discount rates are determined by ADYUMLAB Board of Directors.

3) ANALYSIS

The analysis process begins with the payment of the service fee and its delivery to ADYUMLAB.

The estimated analysis time is 15 days. In the event that the declared period is delayed due to unavailable reasons or deviations from the promised conditions, the person / institution requesting analysis is informed verbally and in writing and a new work schedule / plan is made. ADYUMLAB cannot be held responsible due to delays / changes that are not available.

4) REPORTING

Test and analysis results do not qualify as a quality certificate for the product.

Only one copy of the report is prepared for the tests and analyzes requested in the application request. If separate reports are requested for more than one sample, this must be stated in the analysis request form.

The analysis report and invoice are sent to the person / organization address specified in the analysis request form or delivered by hand upon request.

Results given by phone / fax / e-mail are of informational nature.

The results in the test and analysis reports do not cover the whole, only the results of the samples sent to ADYUMLAB for analysis.

If the analysis results are used in a scientific publication, it should be stated in the publication that the place where these analyzes are performed is Adıyaman University Central Research Laboratory Application and Research Center.

The customer undertakes that the analysis results belong only to the sample analyzed, that they will not be used for commercial purposes and that the name of Adıyaman University is mentioned in the advertisements and / or that the product in question will not be used in a way that means that it is approved by Adıyaman University.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

In quantitative analyzes based on special standards, the standard chemical price will be added to the analysis prices or the standard chemicals will be requested from the person / organization making the analysis request.

Analysis of samples, whose payment documents do not reach ADYUMLAB, is not started.

It is a legal obligation to provide detailed information to ADYUMLAB about health-threatening toxic, radioactive or pathogenic samples.
